really good stay
beautiful scentkind stafffine styleenjoyable walk
the lobby had a beautiful scent. staff members showed kindness during check-in. the hotel's style, especially the rooms, is beautiful. i found many restaurants just a block away, and major attractions were within walking distance.
the room cleaning was not good. i returned around 4 p.m., but the room wasn't cleaned. used towels seemed to have been re-hung while still damp, and there was hair on the floor.

the front desk staff seemed helpful and always had smiles , . the hotel reminded me of home, with quality hotel services available. room size was excellent and the design felt elegant. the room reminded me of a unique new addition to hospitality.
the breakfast variety felt limited , but everything else was great.

The rooms have stylish decoration. The staff helped me check in early, as I had a tight schedule due to attending two shows. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kitchen counter included all necessary supplies and a charming bathroom.
The room cleaning could be improve, I noticed a bit hair on the floor.

The staff were very helpful . they quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the television. the kitchenette in the studio apartment was quite useful. It included a hob and a fridge. i also found a selection of books in the room, a nice touch.
The room cleaning was not great. The towels felt damp. i noticed some hair on the floor after the cleaning service. there also seemed to be a number of homeless people in the area, though the hotel itself felt secure.

i found the room clean upon arrival. the modern decor added a sophisticated touch. the hotel's proximity to victoria station made transportation very convenient. the staff were also quite helpful and attentive to my needs.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i would have liked a greater variety of choices. i felt more diverse options would improve the overall experience
